RETREATS ARE MEDICINE FOR THE SOUL

If you think that going on a retreat for yourself is selfish, you need to think again. I believe retreats are healing for the soul, as medicine is healing for the body. They are not an option, they are necessary.

We live in the most unbelievable times, almost impossible times. Our energy is being zapped every minute. Time is pulling us, work is tugging, babies are crying, our bodies are aching, deadlines are waiting, the world is screaming unrest, our need to have it all feels overwhelming and everyone wants a piece of us. It exhausts me just writing about all of our demands.

As women I really believe that we've been given a lot of lies and pressures. We've been told that WE CAN have it all. Truth is we CAN'T. I am sorry if that is disappointing to most of you, but I'm talking TRUTH. We've been told we can have a career, have children, have a great marriage, great sex, great body, and enjoy our life if we want it badly enough. We seriously do not have enough time in the day to do all of it. Choices get made, and we are usually the ones that suffer from the aftermath.

I don't have the answer for you on how to lighten the load. But I do have the answer for some relief, and for a way to get your head cleared a bit, your body rested , and to get some Hope back into your weary soul. GO ON A RETREAT.

My retreats are for women who have recognized their need for inspiration and rest. Retreats can range from 3 hours to 3 days. There are a variety of retreats to choose from. You can also design your own personal custom retreat, for yourself or for you and your friends.

All my retreats include journaling, alone time, group activity, and TEA TIME. If you have not been on a retreat you really are missing out. The positive feedback I get from women who have returned from their retreat is truly overwhelming.

You owe it to yourself to take time out for YOU. Clear your Mind. Renew your Body. Refresh your Soul.
